I'm Adam Simms, an award-winning photographer, director, and producer based in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, CA. Visual storytelling is my true passion, and through my lens, I have the power to bring imaginations to life. My focus lies in capturing the joys and narratives of the Black community, sharing their stories with the world. Growing up as the child of a playwright, I was immersed in the artistic realm from an early age, shaping me into the artist I am today.

Originally from Silver Spring, MD, I fearlessly embarked on my journey to Los Angeles in October 2013, driven by the quest for inspiration and fresh opportunities. Over the years, I've had the privilege to Direct and Produce engaging digital shows in various verticals, including dating, travel, cooking, music, relationships, and more. Collaborating with brands such as Pinterest, Pandora, WorldstarHipHop, Black Love, Blavity, Hello Beautiful, and Red Bull has been an absolute pleasure. Film and Photography hold a special place in my heart, and it fuels the intensity behind my work. I possess a distinctive ability to develop meaningful stories as well as capturing stills that breathe life into cherished moments from my favorite movies and moments of life, crafting visuals that resonate deeply with viewers.
